Biomedical innovator with 20+ years of experience engineering biological systems to improve human health with a proven track record of securing competitive funding, building cross-institutional consortia, and advancing regulatory standards will lead Luddy's Biomedical Engineering and Informatics (BMEI) department.

Luddy's new Biomedical Engineering Degree – offered at the Bloomington and Indianapolis campuses – sets up "engineering without boundaries" to leverage IU's strengths in medical education and research. 

Robots keep changing the world, and grit is just as important as technology when it comes to making it happen. Campers learned that and much more during a robotics-and-coding camp that partnered the Luddy School with NSA Crane Westgate Technology Park.
