12Twenty is the platform Luddy Career Services uses to collect information on internship and career-related outcomes to not only better understand where our students go and how their degree has shaped their career choices, but to also aggregate outcome information to help future students in their career searches. Students can share information on a variety of career related experiences, from research with faculty members to internships and leadership programs, all the way through post-graduation plans!
What is 12Twenty?
Account Set-Up
Access the platform via indiana.12twenty.com and use your IU CAS credentials to log in to your profile. If this is your first time accessing the system, you will be prompted to complete your profile and update some basic information, including preferred contact methods, graduation term, and LinkedIn profile link.
After your account is complete, you will be prompted to enter information on your outcome. If you are set to graduate and this is your first time logging in, the system will ask you to share any updates regarding your post-graduation plans from the start.

Choosing Appropriate Outcomes Form
Choose the option that most closely aligns with your plans and experiences. If you are still finalizing your post-graduation plans or are still searching, tell us more by using the “Seeking Employment” option.

Entering Outcome Information
In the reporting form, please share details on your outcome. The image below is of the “Internship/Part-Time Job - Offer Accepted” reporting form, but there is a lot of similarity between many of the forms. All provided information is helpful to the Luddy School and Luddy Career Services as we continue to support current and future students!
